The Swiss Banking Ombudsman acts as a neutral and independent information and mediation office in disputes between clients and banks and is the point of contact for searching for dormant assets. To strengthen his team as of 1 March 2026, he is looking for
a lawyer (80-100%)
In this responsible position, you will handle challenging client complaints in a legally sound and neutral manner. You will develop specific mediation proposals and communicate orally and in writing with banks as well as domestic and foreign clients.
Your profile:
- Completed law degree and bar admission
- Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills for legal issues
- Careful, efficient and independent working style
- Very good knowledge of German and English; French and/or Italian would be an advantage
- Experience in the financial sector, particularly in the private client segment and bank contract law
